The Isaac H. Evans is the oldest surviving oyster fishing schooner in existence and is recognized as a National Historic Landmark. Built in 1886 in Mauricetown, New Jersey, she spent the majority of her years dredging for oysters in the Delaware Bay. Today she hails out of Boothbay Harbor, Maine offering private and public charters while also participating in some educational programming.
