Tall Ships America has partnered with the Ross Initiative for Sports Equality (RISE), a national nonprofit that educates and empowers the sports community to eliminate racial discrimination, champion social justice and improve race relations.
Through our partnership with RISE, Tall Ships America members have access to RISE’s online trainings for the following topics: Equality vs. Equity, Inclusive Leadership, and Race, Racism, Anti-Racism learning module(s) through this platform. The goal of the training is outlined in the module and the training is self-paced. Please visit the member benefits page for more information on how to access the courses.
RISE will also provide three virtual workshops for the Tall Ships America community (Dates and information TBA).
