  • RAINN-Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network The RAINN website offers information for victims of Sexual Violence, including a 24/7 Hotline. Call 1-800-656-HOPE(4673)
  • Safe Helpline The Department of Defense (DoD) Safe Helpline is the sole secure, confidential, and anonymous crisis support service specially designed for members of the Department of Defense community affected by sexual assault.

  • RALIANCE Empowering industries, sectors, and systems to create organizational cultures free from sexual harassment, misconduct, and abuse.
  • SafeSail SafeSail is a volunteer grassroots organization dedicated to providing resources for sailors. Their mission is to be a connection point between sailors and Race Organizers and foster a culture of inclusion to ensure everyone’s voice is heard at events.
  • Safer Waves Safer Waves offers support and information to merchant seafarers who have experienced sexual violence or gender discrimination while working at sea. Please see their website for additional resources.

  • Every Mariner Builds a Respectful Culture (EMBARC) Standards Program EMBARC sets forth policies, programs, procedures and practices for commercial vessels with maritime academy cadets to help prevent and respond to sexual assault and sexual harassment.
  • SASH Contact Training Course In partnership with NOVA, the Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) offers a comprehensive, 40-hour course for Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment (SASH) Contacts in the U.S. maritime industry.
  • Sexual Assault Prevention, Response & Recovery (SAPRR) Program The mission of the Coast Guard’s Sexual Assault Prevention, Response, and Recovery (SAPRR) Program is to educate the total force on sexual assault and how to prevent it; provide responsive, trauma-informed care to victims; advise leaders on all sexual assault matters; prioritize the needs of victims and aid their journeys toward healing by advocating for all available recovery tools; recognize Coast Guard service members and civilians who take action to stop sexual assault from occurring; and support the SAPRR professionals who care and advocate for victims.
  • Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) The SOCP, under a cooperative agreement with MARAD, had developed tools for the prevention of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment in the maritime industry.

Training & Consulting

  • Alteristic (Green Dot-Bystander Intervention Training) Green Dot partners with organizations to prevent sexual assault, stalking, harassment, and other violence in the workplace.
  • Anti-Discrimination and Sexual Harassment (A-DASH) Collaborative A-DASH provides support to individuals as well as consultation and training for outfitters and agencies. Their goal is to inspire and support you as you work to eliminate discrimination and harassment through policy assessment, training and culture change.
  • NASPA Culture of Respect Foundations Foundations is an online course that prepares current and future student affairs professionals with the tools they need to be influential allies in campus sexual violence prevention and response. The six-module course is taught by NASPA staff with expertise in social work, student affairs, public health, peer education, assessment, and violence prevention.
  • Players Health Players Health has created training courses made up of short videos that cover essential topics about abuse prevention for coaches and reporting incidents of misconduct and the investigation process.
  • SafeSport The U.S. Center for SafeSport produces abuse awareness and prevention courses, with more than a dozen courses now available to all on their SafeSportTrained.org learning portal.
