This is a charter program. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that delivers unforgettable sailing experiences for our guests while exploring iconic sailing destinations. We especially welcome applicants with sailing backgrounds. We are sailors ourselves — and we value the skills, attitude, and passion that fellow sailors bring to life at sea.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with sailing operations, docking, and yacht maintenance
• Help with guest activities and excursions
• Maintain deck cleanliness and safety
• Be a collaborative, upbeat team member
• Assist with the finish of the yacht including sanding, fairing, 2 part roll and tip, and varnishing.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are a crew of sailors and adventurers. We value:
• Experience on boats and a love for sailing
• A strong work ethic and team spirit
• A positive attitude, especially around guests
• The ability to adapt, learn, and take pride in your work

Room and food onboard. When on charter, the Arabella crew usually earn between $1,000 – $1,500 per week in gratuities.
