Join ships’ captains, crew members, program administrators, organization leaders, educators, port representatives, and more, for professional development, networking, hands-on learning and informative sessions.
Conference registration rates for General Admission will increase by $100 on December 15th. The current rates and options are:
- General Admission – Crew – $300.00 Open to all current Crew Members. Includes Crew Resource Day. Three days of in-person conference sessions, social activities, and lunch. Crew Rate is available to all non-officer crew members (Bosun, Engineer, AB, OS, Deckhand, Educator). We have crew grants!
- General Admission – Member – $550.00 (Non-Member – $650.00) Open to all current Members. Includes Crew Resource Day. Three days of in-person conference sessions, social activities, and lunch.
- General Admission – Single Day – $250.00 Includes Crew Resource Day. One day of in-person conference sessions, social activities, and lunch.
Registration for the virtual Crew Resource Day, Tuesday, January 30th from 1100 – 1730 EST. The cost for Crew Resource Day is $25.00. Register here.
If you have already registered for the in-person conference, Crew Resource Day is included in your registration. You will not need to re-register.

In Person Registration
Refunds requested prior to December 31st, 2023 will receive a full refund. Staring January 1st, 2024, there will be a $50 handling fee for cancellations. After February 1st, there will be no refunds for cancelling your registration. However, you can transfer your registration to another attendee. Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email and refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used to secure registration.
Crew Resource Days
We do not accept registration cancellations for any virtual programs where recordings of the program/event will be available after the live broadcast. If you cannot participate live, you are encouraged to view the recording of that event or you can transfer your registration to another person.
